OUR FEES
• Our Fees, Terms and Conditions are quoted before appointment
• Currently our Fees range from R 1 750 to R 2 630 for single suburban homes ranging from 200m2 to 600m2, larger properties are by negotiation.
• We undertake annual Escalation review on UNCHANGED properties for a R 250 Fee
• We undertake revisions for Upgrades, Alterations and Extensions by negotiation.
